The company’s mission is to empower and uplift all those they interact with, through their commitment to excellence, by hiring right, providing excellent customer service, maintaining corporate responsibility, and striving to be the #1 agency-based freight forwarder in the United States.

ICAT Logistics is a well-established logistic company with a strong offline presence. However, their website was outdated and lacked a cohesive design, leading to a poor user experience. In addition, the website was not mobile-friendly, which hindered their ability to reach potential customers on the go. In order to address these issues, ICAT Logistics reached out to Creative Manner to revamp their online presence. The team took on the challenge of creating a custom WordPress build for the ICAT Logistics website, with a focus on both UI/UX and custom modules.

In order to enhance the overall user experience, various features were incorporated into the website redesign, such as an interactive map displaying the locations of ICAT's offices, a document repository for streamlined download tracking and placement, custom modules and third-party integrations such as HubSpot to improve efficiency and marketing efforts, as well as a tracking tool for customers to easily monitor their shipments and more...
